Hello

I started this blog because I wanted to share with my readers a bit of my story and how I came on here in the first place.. One of the biggest questions we ask ourselves in this life is, "what do you want to be when you grow up" or "what do you want to do with your life." I had an unfortunate circumstance as a little girl where my dad had told me to become a pharmacist and my parents heavily influenced me at the time. Without really asking myself this question I blindly said, "ok" So I embarked on a journey to London England to study and later graduated with a Masters of Pharmacy degree. To my surprise it was one of the hardest things i ever accomplished because A, pharmacy is hard and B, I didn't have the passion for it. I went on to work in the industry and found myself take a major dive in my mental health, my spiritual, and even physical well-being. I realized I was living someone else's dream for my life and my life. at the time, seemed shattered and hopeless. During my time in England I took a keen interest in FASHION as it made my soul come alive and my eyes enlightened with the fashion world I was surrounded in in Europe. Fashion is absolutely passion and when I even write about it, it is invigorating. I want to start this blog as a source of hope for anyone who made the same mistake I did (living someone else's dream for their life) and came to the realization, you want more, like I do. I don't know where this fashion journey will take me as i just took ONE STEP into this path so far because our God, our creator, who I have a close relationship with, suggested I start this and already my life has gotten better, because i'm writing about something I ENJOY, something I LOVE doing what makes MY HEART SING, and no one else's. We were born on this earth to do certain things and I strongly believe if you reach out to Jesus, our heavenly father, He will guide us and lead us into all truth (our truth) about our life and what we were designed to do on this Earth before we get to heaven. All I know is I love fashion, I am so interested in what this industry has to offer and what I in turn can offer it. In England I ventured into some designing  and fashion sketches that came very natural to me but , unfortunately had a lack of support from family that I never got encouraged to keep going with it. Now, I encourage myself in the Lord and only surround myself with genuine friends and family who are happy for me sincerely and want to see me succeed, in what God wants for me and flourish in who He created me to be. I invite you readers to join me on this extraordinary blogging journey of pursuing our passions and seeing where it leads us. It's time I live for myself and Jesus, and all HE HAS FOR ME, not what the world , society or my parents wanted for me. Join me, and hopefully it will inspire you to go after your dreams, as well.
